What I Know, You'll Know

I spent 3 years in some sort of assisted living 

due to becoming handicapped in 2021. 

I can't say that a single one of them was a cozy safe place.  

Each one was scary and lacking.  

I decided to post my opinion on mine and then others

so I can help your loved ones should expect there  

and maybe even help the owners make the necessary changes,

both administratively and with the brick and mortar

WE SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE AND CODDLED 

WHEN PLACED IN A SCARY NEW PLACE THAT ISN'T OUR HOME

I started typing up the events and last memories that I have of my life after Atria of Cranford threw out everything considered a memory

I'm still drafting, outlining, and literally making phone calls to recreate my life

and i'm going to put it all in writing

whether you like it or not
